Han Jae Rim, a renowned filmmaker, was born on July 14, 1975. After completing his education at Seoul Institute of the Arts in 1998, he began his career in the film industry as an assistant director and script editor. His early endeavors paved the way for his future success, as he went on to become a runner-up for Best Screenplay at the prestigious Korean Film Council (KOFIC) Screenplay Contest in 2003.
Han Jae Rim's directorial debut was in 2005 with the film "Rules of Dating", which he also scripted.
