Biography

Gina was born in Smithers, British Columbia, a small mountain town, where she made her debut performance at a figure skating exhibition at the tender age of five. This marked the beginning of her lifelong journey on center stage, where she would go on to shine brightly.

As a precocious and outgoing child, Gina was a fixture in her school plays and talent shows, showcasing her natural flair for performance. Her love affair with dance began at a young age, immersing herself in various styles such as ballet, tap, modern, and musical theatre. Her classical ballet training instilled in her an unrelenting work ethic, laying the foundation for her future success.

At the age of fifteen, Gina's life took a dramatic turn when she was scouted by a modeling agency and sent to Japan. Embracing this new chapter in her life, Gina threw herself into learning the language and culture, quickly making Japan her second home.

Professionally, Japan proved to be a major breakthrough for Gina, who went on to achieve unparalleled success in modeling, gracing the covers of over twenty magazines. However, modeling was never her true passion, serving instead as a stepping stone to her ultimate goal in another medium.

Upon returning to North America, Gina refocused her energies on education, graduating from college at the top of her class while continuing to study Japanese. She then took on two jobs and enrolled in acting classes to hone her stage skills, facing numerous naysayers who doubted her ability to succeed in the competitive world of acting.

Undeterred by the negative feedback, Gina remained fiercely determined to pursue her dreams, responding to her critics with a defiant "Oh really? Just watch me!" Her unwavering commitment to her craft has allowed her to achieve remarkable success, starring in prime time TV shows and feature films, while also continuing to study theatre and classical ballet.

Gina's achievements extend beyond her professional life, as she finds fulfillment in volunteering with less fortunate individuals, including physically and mentally challenged people, and bullied teen girls, helping them build confidence and self-esteem. Surrounded by loving friends and family, Gina remains driven to achieve even greater things, always looking ahead and upward.
