Born in the city of Buffalo, located in the state of New York, but raised in the Garden State, Fredric Lehne's early life was marked by a passion for the performing arts. This passion was evident from a young age, as he began appearing in small theater productions at the tender age of six. As he entered his teenage years, Lehne dedicated his weekends to honing his craft, studying at renowned institutions such as The Neighborhood Playhouse and HB Studios in New York City.

During the summer months, Lehne furthered his training by apprenticing at The Peterborough Players in New Hampshire, a prestigious summer stock company that has been in operation for over a century.
