Francesca Noel is a multifaceted creative individual hailing from the charming town of Woodstock, New York. With a passion for the performing arts, she has recently completed filming as the iconic character of Juliet in the forthcoming feature film "Romeo and Juliet", a production of Bazelevs and Interface Films.
