He was also the founder of the famous "Wasserhäuschen" water houses in the Rheinmain area, where he would distribute his refreshing beverage to locals and visitors alike.
On his maternal side, Fabian's grandfather, Kurt Steinfeld Passamonte, was a renowned journalist and correspondent for Life magazine. He had the privilege of interviewing prominent figures such as Eva and Juan Domingo Perón, the president and first lady of Argentina, as well as Fidel Castro and Che Guevara before the Cuban revolution.
