Evita Muñoz, a talented actress, was born on November 26th, 1936, in the charming city of Orizaba, located in the state of Veracruz, Mexico. Her journey in the world of cinema began remarkably early, as she started appearing on screen before her fourth birthday, starring alongside the renowned actor Pedro Armendáriz in the film "El Secreto del Sacerdote".
It was in her second film, "¡Ay Jalisco... no te rajes!", released in 1941 and co-starring the legendary Jorge Negrete, that Muñoz was affectionately given the nickname "Chachita". This marked the beginning of her rise to stardom, as she went on to become the lead actress in numerous films, including "Morenita clara" (1943) and "La hija del payaso" (1946).
