Eddie De Harp, also known as Ed De Harp, is a seasoned actor, writer, and director with a remarkable career spanning several decades. He has made a name for himself in various genres, including drama, crime, and comedy, with standout roles in films such as Requiem for a Dream (2000),Father and Son: Dangerous Relations (1993),and L.A. Story (1991).
Ed's television work includes appearances in Class of '61 (1993),The Rape of Dr. Willis produced by Steven Spielberg, and Pickett Fences (1992-1996). He has also made notable appearances in music, performing as a backup singer and dancer for iconic artists such as Whitney Houston, Aretha Franklin, Lionel Richie, and Natalie Cole, as well as touring with Virgin Records in Europe.
Ed's talents extend to the stage, where he has starred in Broadway and National Tours productions such as Sophisticated Ladies and Oklahoma! (revivals). He has also choreographed high-profile Las Vegas stage shows in the 1990s and 2000s, showcasing his expertise behind the scenes.
