Deirdre's Early Life and Career Beginnings
Deirdre grew up in Oregon, where her love for the arts was nurtured from a young age. As a little girl, she would often perform plays, dance routines, and puppet shows in her backyard for her neighbors, showcasing her natural talent and flair for the dramatic.
Breakthrough Role at 10 Years Old
Deirdre's big break came when she was just 10 years old, landing the lead role in a KATU Channel 2 "Great Kids" community service television announcement. This initial success marked the beginning of her professional performing career.

Deirdre honed her craft by studying Drama at Stella Adler Studios and Ensemble Studios Theatre, as well as Improv at The Peoples Improv Theatre. Her extensive training has allowed her to take on a wide range of roles in theatre, film, and television.

Deirdre has received critical acclaim for her performances at international film festivals, earning a Best Actress Award nomination from the Hoboken International Film Festival for her powerful portrayal of Alexandra Ronda in the feature film Santorini Blue.

In addition to her acting career, Deirdre is also a writer and producer. She founded her own film company, Thira Films, and has won numerous Best of the Festival - Audience Choice Awards for her first feature film, Santorini Blue. She was also honored with the Best Producer of a Feature Film Award from the Downtown Boca Film Festival.
