Deborah Jane Leng Burgess was born on April 6th, 1963, in Devon, England. She is a renowned international model and actress who pursued her education at Laucheston College, graduating in 1980.
Deborah's modeling career began in 1982 under the artistic name Debbie Du-Bell, representing the UK in the 1986 edition of Supermodel of the World. Her iconic status was solidified when she became the Cadbury's Flake girl in 1987, but her tenure was cut short three years later due to being deemed "too sexy." This setback did not deter her, as she went on to appear in the video clip "Indians and Cowboys" for The Cross, a band fronted by Queen drummer Roger Taylor, and the two eventually fell in love.
Deborah's career flourished throughout the 80's and 90's, with her working with Laraine Ashton and becoming the face of various fashion campaigns, including Joop, Slix, and Lejaby. She also made appearances in TV and film productions, as well as commercials.
Deborah and Roger Taylor lived together for 15 years, during which they had three children: drummer Rufus Taylor, model Tigerlily Taylor, and model Lola Leng-Taylor. The couple eventually split around 2004.
After a brief hiatus, Deborah returned to her modeling career at the age of 45, signing with leading agency Models1. In March 2011, she and her friend Fabiola de Freitas launched their own clothing line, Fab Deb Designs.
Throughout her illustrious career, Deborah has formed lasting friendships with numerous high-profile women and has established a loyal client base.
