David Lee Miller is a renowned director, writer, producer, and composer who has garnered numerous accolades for his work in the entertainment industry. He is a member of the Writers Guild of America West and has received honors from the Vatican and Pixar for his projects.

Miller's notable works include the live-action/animated feature film "My Suicide," which won the Crystal Bear at the Berlin Film Festival and over twenty other Best Picture awards. The film features a soundtrack with music from renowned artists such as Radiohead, MGMT, Bright Eyes, and The Pixies, and has garnered thousands of testimonials from young people who have been impacted by the film's message.

As a children's author, Miller has written and co-authored several picture books, including "The Cat Who Lived with Anne Frank," which was published by Penguin Random House's Philomel imprint in 2019. The book tells the story of a cat who lived with Anne Frank during World War II and has been praised for its unique perspective and poignant message.

Throughout his career, Miller has received numerous awards and honors for his work, including a Crystal Bear at the Berlin Film Festival, over twenty Best Picture awards, and a special honor from the Pope in the Sistine Chapel. He is a graduate of Stanford University's film and journalism programs and Princeton University's creative writing program, and currently resides in the Lake Sherwood area inland from Malibu.
