Danyell Souza is renowned for her exceptional talent as the lead vocalist of the renowned rock band Dead Posey, which she co-founded with her partner Tony Fagenson. Throughout her illustrious career, Dead Posey has garnered widespread recognition, with their songs featured in a multitude of Television/Film & Video games, and having performed at prestigious festivals such as the Download Festival, Aftershock, and Louder Than Life, as well as embarking on extensive tours across the UK, US, and Canada.
Prior to pursuing her music career, Danyell Souza had a successful stint as an actor and model, making appearances on screen in Clint Eastwood's film "Jersey Boys" in a notable role, and landing the lead in rock band Eve 6's music video for their single "Victoria". She was signed to the esteemed BMG Talent Agency, which led to her being booked for numerous high-profile endorsements, including Adidas and Papaya Clothing, and strutting her stuff on the catwalk at LA Fashion Week.
Danyell Souza is happily married to her writing partner and bandmate Tony Fagenson, and is proud to be the granddaughter of the illustrious Robert Souza, a retired Los Angeles Homicide Detective who worked on some of the most notorious murder cases in Los Angeles, including the John Holmes Wonderland Murders. Robert Souza is also the author of the book "Malice In Wonderland" and a writer/producer for the film "Hollywood Homicide", directed by Ron Shelton, as well as a producer and actor in Hulu's new series "City Of Angels".
