Craig Braun's illustrious career in the music industry spanned a wide range of creative endeavors, including the design and graphics of The Rolling Stones' iconic album "Sticky Fingers". In collaboration with the renowned artist Andy Warhol, Braun played a pivotal role in crafting the album's visual identity, which garnered a Grammy nomination and, in 2003, was ultimately recognized as the Greatest Album Cover of all Time by VH1.
The 1971 LP, "Sticky Fingers", also featured Braun's distinctive interpretation of the band's iconic logo, originally conceived by Jon Pasche in the UK. This logo, affectionately known as the "lips & tongue" design, has since become the exclusive version, and is now extensively utilized across all promotional materials, tours, graphics, media, and licensing for the Rolling Stones.
