Corinne Alphen, a ravishing and charismatic brunette beauty, was born on September 27, 1954, in Lynn, Massachusetts, as the eldest of five siblings. Her father, William, was a Deputy Chief of Police in Lynn, and her mother, Marjorie, worked as a secretary in the Commonwealth's Registry of Motor Vehicles. Alphen's early education took place at the parochial institutions St. John the Evangelist grammar school and Ste. Chrétienne Academy in Salem, where she was the president of the drama club.
At the age of seventeen, Corrine moved to Los Angeles, California, to pursue her passion for acting, studying at Santa Monica City College. Her television debut came as a contestant on the local Boston game-show "Race to Riches." Alphen's major public recognition began as a Pet of the Month in the June 1978 issue of Penthouse Magazine, followed by a nude pictorial in the August 1981 issue. She was subsequently named Pet of the Year in 1982, gracing the cover and doing a nude pictorial in the November 1982 issue of Penthouse Magazine.
Corinne's acting career included appearances in a few movies and TV shows, showcasing her talents as the fiery rock singer Joan in the teen sex comedy romp Spring Break (1983) and the feisty Karen in the sci-fi/action clinker Equalizer 2000 (1987). She made guest appearances on TV shows such as The New Mike Hammer (1984),The A-Team (1983),Booker (1989),Mancuso, FBI (1989),and Night Court (1984).
Outside of her film and television work, Corrine has acted in TV commercials, stage plays, and numerous magazine print ads as a model. She was married to actor Ken Wahl for several years and had one son, Raymond (born 1984),with Wahl prior to their divorce in 1991. Today, Corinne Alphen works as a certified professional Tarot card reader.
