Clark's early life was marked by a strong connection to his hometown of downtown Chicago, where he spent his formative years. At the tender age of 10, Clark was inspired by his brother's accomplishments in the stage and decided to follow in his footsteps, setting his sights on a career in the performing arts.
As he honed his craft, Clark studied at several esteemed institutions, including The Piven Theatre Workshop, Chicago's Latin School, and Northwestern University. His impressive list of theatrical performances began to take shape, with additional training from The Chicago Shakespeare Repertory Theatre, Steppenwolf, and Clark even had the opportunity to share his expertise as a teacher at Northwestern University's National High School Institute, affectionately known as "Cherubs".
Clark's academic pursuits took him to Middlebury College in Vermont, where he majored in theatre and minored in film and music. He graduated Cum Laude and with honors from the Middlebury Theatre Department, after which he made the bold move to Los Angeles to pursue his acting career in the competitive world of television and film.
In addition to his acting endeavors, Clark has also explored his musical side, playing with various bands at numerous LA venues, including The Viper Room, The Knitting Factory, B.B. Kings, 14 Below, and others. The Real D'Coy, his current musical project, has a sophomore album titled Boys Against Girls set to be released on iTunes.
