In 1963-1964, a French film crew arrived in Romania, and Avram was fortunate enough to be a part of the Romanian team working on the project. During this time, he had the opportunity to meet the enigmatic Marina Vlady, and her presence had a profound impact on him. Inspired by their meeting, Avram decided to take a bold step and petition the Romanian government to grant him permission to visit France. His request was eventually approved, and he made the bold decision to leave Romania behind, never to return.
