Charlie is a talented actor with a rich background, hailing from Mundelein, Illinois. His heritage is a unique blend of German and Sicilian, a testament to his family's diverse roots. Charlie's impressive repertoire of roles includes the memorable Clipper, Lars from AMC's Into The Badlands, the affable Bob Tushy in the comedy feature Miss Conception alongside Heather Graham, and the eccentric FBI Special Agent Reed Elvin in the acclaimed indie comedy Death of a Saleswoman.
In the upcoming series The Titans That Built America for The History Channel, Charlie will be featured alongside Owen McDonnell in Academy-Award winner Oorlagh George's directorial debut, Stranger With a Camera. His recent credits also include the comedy Supervized, where he played the role of Mike, the son of Tom Berenger's Ray, as well as Laurent Legault in the thriller Dark Justice, Jeff in Eamonn Murphy's award-winning short A Better You, and the voice of Vincent on M-OPUS's album Origins.
Charlie's extensive filmography also includes Batman Begins, The Honeymooners, The Clinic, and several award-winning independent films and shorts. In addition to his screen work, Charlie has made a name for himself in the theatre world, with credits including the World Premiere of A Cry From Heaven at The Abbey Theatre, the Irish Premieres of both The Laramie Project and Featuring Loretta, and performances with The International Improv in the Kilkenny Cat Laughs Comedy Festival.
Before transitioning to acting, Charlie honed his skills in long-form improvisation at iOWest in Los Angeles, where he performed for several years. He also co-wrote and performed sketch comedy with Geek Messiah and was a member of the improvised podcast "The Expertologists". Moreover, Charlie has a background in production, having worked as a Production Coordinator and Digital Artist at DreamWorks Feature Animation, and serving as Art Director on the award-winning short The King.
