Charles Halford was born in Salt Lake City, Utah. He is an accomplished actor, recognized for his captivating performances in various film and television projects. Notably, he portrayed the unsettling character of Reggie Ledoux in the first season of HBO's crime drama True Detective (2014),as well as Chas, the cabby and wing-man to John Constantine, in NBC's short-lived horror series.
