Charles Granval, a renowned French actor, was born on December 21, 1882, in the picturesque city of Rouen, which is situated in the department of Seine-Inférieure, now known as Seine-Maritime, in the northern region of France.
Throughout his illustrious career, Granval appeared in a variety of films, including the critically acclaimed "Behold the Man" released in 1935, the captivating "Wicked Duchess" from 1942, and the equally impressive "Fantastic Night" also from 1942.
On a personal note, Granval was married twice, first to the talented actress Madeleine Renaud and then to the equally accomplished Berthe Bovy.
Tragically, Granval's life was cut short when he passed away on July 28, 1943, in the vibrant city of Paris, the capital of France.
