Biography

Caroline, a highly accomplished professional, has recently joined the Sundance Institute as the Director of Catalyst, a program designed to facilitate creative investment in independent film. Prior to this appointment, she spent three years at SFFILM, where she served as the Director of Artist Development, expanding and diversifying the organization's grants, fellowships, and artist residencies.

In her role at SFFILM, Caroline was instrumental in building the SFFILM Invest program, which aims to foster innovative collaborations between artists and investors. Her tenure at SFFILM was marked by significant growth and development, as she worked to establish the organization as a leading force in the film industry.

Before joining SFFILM, Caroline was a Co-Founder and Managing Director of the Points North Institute, a renowned organization that presents the Camden International Film Festival. Her experience at Points North Institute provided her with a unique understanding of the film industry, as well as the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

Throughout her career, Caroline has worked in a variety of roles, including positions at Tribeca Enterprises, Doha Film Institute, Apparition, and Film Society of Lincoln Center. Her extensive network and experience have allowed her to develop a deep understanding of the film industry, as well as the skills necessary to navigate its complexities.

Caroline's producing credits include Ian Olds' Burn Country, which premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival in 2016 and went through the Sundance Screenwriting Lab. She has also directed and produced theater, including I Peer, an adaptation of Ibsen's Peer Gynt that premiered at the Nationaltheatret of Norway.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Caroline is an active member of various boards and committees, including the Board of Directors of Points North Institute, Catapult Film Fund, and BAVC Media. She has also been recognized for her contributions to the film industry, having been selected as a 2016 IFP Cannes Producers Network Fellow.

Caroline holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Financial Economics from the University of Virginia and a Master of Fine Arts degree in Art History from the University of Manchester (UK). Her unique blend of artistic and financial expertise has allowed her to excel in a variety of roles, and she is widely respected as a leading figure in the film industry.
