Biography

Caroline's professional journey began in Hollywood, where she worked in feature film production on a plethora of projects, collaborating with renowned actors and directors, including Rob Schneider, David Carradine, Jennifer Morrison, Winona Ryder, Wes Bentley, and Steve Buscemi, to name just a few. After gaining valuable experience in the film industry, Caroline made the decision to return to Europe and relocate to London in 2008, where she assumed the role of Director of Development & Marketing at Seven Arts Pictures.

In 2011, Caroline joined AV Pictures, where she had the opportunity to learn the intricacies of deal structuring from the company's founder, Vic Bateman. This experience proved to be a pivotal moment in her career, as it allowed her to develop a deep understanding of the industry and its various nuances.

In May 2014, Caroline took the leap and launched Metrodome International, the international sales arm of the Metrodome Group. This new venture afforded her the opportunity to work with a wide range of feature films, from third-party producers to in-house productions, handling a diverse array of projects.

Caroline's tenure at Metrodome International was marked by significant success, and in 2016, she decided to leave the company and launch her own venture, Truffle Pictures, a London-based international sales agency and production house. This new company allowed her to further hone her skills and expertise, working with new and established filmmakers, from development to distribution.

In February 2018, Caroline launched Film Seekers Ltd, a company that focuses on English-language, commercially driven feature films. Film Seekers has established itself as a respected and successful agency, specializing in uplifting dramas and elevated genre films. Recent successes include Edie, which was released theatrically worldwide, Love Sarah, which was sold to over 50 countries for theatrical releases, and June Again, which was released by Studio Canal in Australia and went on to gross $2.7 million at the box office, earning a nomination for four Academy Awards in Australia and winning one.

Born in the UK and France, Caroline is a multilingual individual who speaks fluent French, English, and Spanish. She is a graduate of the Inside Pictures programme in 2015 and holds two post-graduate master's degrees. Caroline is an active member of two major lobbying associations, Film Export UK and the Independent Film and Television Alliance, where she serves on the board.
