Broadus Mattison, a man of refined gentlemanly demeanor and soldierly bearing, was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, the eldest son of veterans, inheriting the values and traditions of his family's Southern lineage. His life's journey was guided by the exemplary examples set by his parents.
He pursued a unique path as an actor and storyteller, traversing varied and unexpected byways. Broadus's life took him from the streets of Charm City to the majestic sights of Giza, from the ancient ruins of Hadrian's Wall to the grandeur of Hadrian's Gate, from the mountaintop of Mont Faron to the lush green spaces and breathtaking views of British Columbia. He proudly holds degrees from two Historically Black College and Universities: North Carolina A&T State University and Morgan State University, proudly shouting "Aggie Pride!! Go Bears!!"
Broadus lives and works by the philosophy of Bruce Lee, "Be water, my friend," embodying a joyful and disciplined approach to storytelling. As an actor, he continues his journey of discovery, utilizing his skills and life experiences to craft rich stories that reveal the fullness and complexity of humanity.
