Brandie Posey is a talented stand-up comedian, writer, and producer who hails from Annapolis, Maryland, but has made Los Angeles her home in the comedy scene. With a versatile career spanning multiple platforms, she has been featured as a performer at numerous prestigious festivals, including the New York Comedy Festival, RIOT Comedy Festival, San Francisco Sketchfest, FEST in Gainesville, Bridgetown Comedy Festival, and The All Jane Festival, among many others.
As an opener for the legendary punk band Against Me!, Brandie has also made appearances on MTV, E!, and Comedy Central. Her feature film debut in the indie dark comedy "The Worst Year Of My Life," directed by Jonathan Smith, was a significant milestone. Furthermore, her first stand-up record, "Opinion Cave," debuted at number one on iTunes and number twelve on Billboard.com.
Brandie is proud to represent the LA comedy scene on the compilation album "Holy F*ck. Album Comedy," and she tours extensively, headlining every dark corner with a microphone. As the co-creator and host of the popular comedy-animation show Picture This!, which has franchises in LA, Portland, New York, and San Francisco, Brandie has recently shot a pilot for TruTV after partnering with Page Hurwitz and Wanda Sykes' Push It Productions.
At the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre and The Hollywood Improv, Brandie co-hosts Lady to Lady alongside Barbara Gray and Tess Barker. This celebrated weekly podcast on the Maximum Fun Podcast Network has garnered over 4 million downloads and a loyal fan base worldwide.
