In addition to her work in film and television, Bethany has also made a name for herself on the stage. She was nominated for a Jessie Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in the play Disgraced by Ayad Akhtar, and has lent her voice to several animated projects, including The Supernatural Academy, for which she received a UBCP/ACTRA Award nomination.

Bethany's musical talents have also been recognized, with her children's music project The Treebees earning Grammy and Juno nominations. She has also released her own music and has performed at a number of festivals and events.
