Beth Shea's journey began in Stamford, Connecticut, where she developed a passion for the performing arts. Her academic pursuits led her to the College of Charleston in Charleston, South Carolina, where she earned her degree. Following her educational endeavors, Beth made the bold decision to relocate to Los Angeles, California, to pursue her dream of becoming an actress.
Beth's professional career took off when she co-founded Hall of Shea Productions with Leigh Hall. Together, they wrote, produced, and starred in numerous acclaimed films, including Not in My Family, Love Royale, and Chubduction. This collaborative effort showcased Beth's versatility as a writer, producer, and performer.
In 2011, Beth partnered with Leyna Weber and Annie Lukowski of Working Bug Media to co-write and star in the hit comedy series "A Series of Unfortunate People." This partnership further solidified Beth's reputation as a talented actress and writer.
Beth's acting skills were honed at The Groundlings School and the Dee Wallace Stone Acting Studio in Los Angeles. She also had the opportunity to perform improv and sketch comedy at esteemed venues such as the Groundlings, Improv Olympic West, and ACME Comedy Theater.
As a proud member of SAG/AFTRA, Beth has worked extensively in film, television, and commercials. She is represented by Collier Talent Agency in Austin, Texas, where she currently resides.
