Belle's initial foray into major film roles was marked by her portrayal of a staunch evangelist, Alice, in the black comedy feature film '12 in a Box', where she shared the screen with notable actors Miranda Hart, Katy Wix, and Kenneth Collard. The film went on to achieve significant accolades, including the prestigious Best UK Film award at the LA British Film Festival, the Best Screenplay award at the Boston International Film Festival, and the Audience Award at the Zurich Film Festival.
In addition to her film work, Belle has also made a notable impact in television, with roles in TV dramas such as 'Hear the Silence' (directed by Tim Fywell),'Alibi' (directed by David Richards),and the British crime drama 'Class of 76' (directed by Ashley Pearce).
Belle's extensive theatrical experience has seen her take on a wide range of lead roles, including Kate in Shakespeare's 'The Taming of the Shrew', Daisy in Denise Deegan's 'Daisy Pulls it Off', and Prospero in Shakespeare's 'The Tempest', which was directed by RSC's Chris Crooks and featured a groundbreaking transformation of the male role of Prospero into that of a female sorceress, Prospera.
She has also had the opportunity to work with The London Repertory Company, which was founded and managed by actor/director John Forgeham, where she took on the lead roles of Eve in the comedy 'Adam Redundant' and Virginia Aspel in 'The Missionary'.
In recent years, Belle has returned to film, appearing in writer/director Carol Morley's feature film 'The Falling' and most recently, she was cast as Kerry in the feature film 'The Protector', directed by Tosca Musk.
