Bekim Fehmiu, a renowned thespian, entered this world on June 1, 1936, in the captivating city of Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, which was then part of Yugoslavia.
He made a lasting impression on the world of cinema, showcasing his incredible acting prowess in a multitude of films, including the 1970 blockbuster, "The Adventurers", the critically acclaimed "I Even Met Happy Gypsies" from 1967, and the equally impressive "Protest" also released in 1967.
On a personal note, Bekim Fehmiu was married to the lovely Branka Petric, with whom he shared a special bond.
Tragically, Bekim Fehmiu's time on this earth came to an end on June 15, 2010, in the Serbian capital of Belgrade.
