Biography

Antonio was born and raised in the vibrant city of Houston, Texas, where his early life and career were deeply rooted. After gaining recognition through various projects in his hometown, he embarked on a significant journey to Hollywood, arriving on August 31, 1997, a day marked by the devastating news of Princess Diana's tragic passing.

As a bilingual actor, Antonio faced the daunting task of adapting to his new surroundings, but his perseverance and determination ultimately led to his well-deserved casting in notable TV shows such as "Caroline In The City", "Port Charles", and "General Hospital". Furthermore, Antonio has appeared in numerous novellas, or Spanish soap operas, filmed in both Miami and Mexico City.

Despite Los Angeles not being renowned for its theatre scene, Antonio's passion for the stage drove him to pursue his dreams. He landed a role as Norvel, a comedic police officer, in the Beverly Hills Playhouse production of "Class Reunion", solidifying his connection to the theatre.

Antonio's impressive filmography includes roles in the blockbuster movie "The Price of the American Dream" as Detective Reyes and the hit Spanish film "Entre Llamas" A.K.A. "Into The Flames", which was an official selection at the Cannes and Sundance Film Festivals. In this latter film, Antonio wore multiple hats, serving as both talent and casting director, as well as performing his own stunts.

In addition to his acting career, Antonio has appeared in the independent feature "Thrill of the Kill" and the short film "Con Amor Para Mi Padre". Over the years, he has been involved in fundraising efforts for AIDS, Leukemia, and Breast Cancer Research.

Antonio's actor training includes stints at Margie Haber, Bobbie Shaw Chance, the John Sarno Studios, and the University of Houston's Theatre Arts program.
