Angela Workman is a renowned screenwriter who has adapted thrillers, romances, dramas, and adventurous true stories for various prominent companies worldwide. Her notable projects include researching and writing about the lives of the Bronte sisters for DreamWorks, and writing a feature film about the treasure fleet of Ming Emperor Zhu Di and his Muslim naval commander Zheng He for Warner Bros.
Angela has collaborated with acclaimed directors such as David Fincher, Roland Emmerich, Niki Caro, Wayne Wang, and Leslie Dektor. She is currently writing a biopic on Nancy Dickerson for Stephen Colbert and has had her first feature film, THE WAR BRIDE, starring Anna Friel, released on Amazon.

In addition, Angela is currently working on adapting MACBETH as an erotic gothic thriller told through the eyes of Lady Macbeth, sister of the prophet hags, married to a mortal and in loss of her witchy foresight, turned now to human ambition and murder.
