Agi Gallus, a talented individual born in Vienna, Austria, later transplanted her roots to Regina, Saskatchewan, where she cultivated her artistic flair by earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Theatre Arts. Subsequently, she migrated to Toronto, marking the commencement of her illustrious acting career.
During her formative years, Agi spent a substantial five-year period in New York, honing her craft at the esteemed Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute. Upon returning to Toronto, she embarked on a new journey, dedicating herself to theatre and offbeat film projects, including the production of the acclaimed play "Night Mother" at the Toronto Fringe.
After a hiatus from acting that spanned a decade, from 2008 to 2019, Agi has rekindled her passion for the craft, boasting a fantastic agent and pursuing opportunities in commercial and film ventures.
In a poignant reflection, Agi remarks, "Leaving the acting world and living life made me a better actress, as life always presents challenges along the way. Now, I understand the women I want to play."
Currently, Agi continues to refine her skills under the guidance of the remarkable acting teacher and coach, Miriam Lawrence, in Toronto.
