Dubai-based criminal don Uday Shetty, son of a deceased crime lord, tries to marry off his half-sister Sanjana to a young man named Rajiv. However, Rajiv is forced to fall in love with another woman in South Africa, only to discover that Sanjana is the same woman. As the wedding approaches, a childhood betrothed of Rajiv's appears, annulling the engagement. Rajiv and Sanjana eventually get Uday to give up crime by convincing him to act in a Bollywood movie, but their happiness is short-lived as Uday's rival, Ranvir Dhanraj, tries to get him back on track with crime and eliminate Rajiv.
