A skilled archer and hunter, Nam-yi, becomes the sole guardian of his sister Ja-in after their father's death. 13 years later, he learns she is to be married, but their happiness is short-lived as the Qing army invades and Nam-yi finds his sister taken and his step-father slaughtered.
