In this action-packed comedy, used car salesman Rudy Russo must raise $10,000 to run for State Senate, and his boss Luke agrees to help. However, their plan is disrupted when Luke's brother Roy orchestrates an "accident" to gain control of the property. As the two car dealerships engage in a bitter battle, no dirty trick is off limits. Just when it seems like all hope is lost, Luke's daughter takes over the business, but struggles to keep up with the cutthroat advertising tactics.
