Sam Ingraffia earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, marking the beginning of his journey in the world of entertainment.
Throughout his career, Ingraffia has had the privilege of studying acting with some of the most renowned professionals in the industry, including the likes of Lee Strasberg, Jeff Corey, Milton Katselas, Charles Conrad, and Estelle Harmon.
Ingraffia's impressive filmography boasts starring roles in numerous motion pictures, such as "Cabin Girl," alongside Michael Rispoli, "Death and Cremation," featuring Brad Dourif and Jeremy Sumpter, "Blue Telescope," with R.D. Call, and "U.Z.L.A.," starring Shawn Christian.
In addition to his film work, Ingraffia has made numerous television appearances, including guest star leads on popular shows like "FBI: Most Wanted," "Quantum Leap," and the Emmy-winning HBO hit "Barry."
Over the course of his career, Ingraffia has had the opportunity to collaborate with some of the most acclaimed directors in the industry, including John Schlesinger, Ron Howard, Mike Newell, Oliver Stone, Delbert Mann, and Robert Zemeckis. His award-winning plays have been produced in New York, Los Angeles, and numerous regional theaters across the country, and have been published by Samuel French.
In 2008, Ingraffia co-founded his own production company, Little Dog Productions, with partner Doug Burch. He has written and produced numerous feature films, including "Atlantis Down," starring Michael Rooker, and the recently completed "Wages of Sin," featuring Emmy-winning director of photography Michael Franks.
