A small town is threatened by a massive, genetically modified spider when a group of resourceful teenagers team up with their science teacher to stop the creature.
A man goes missing, and his daughter and her boyfriend search for him, stumbling upon a giant spider in a cave. Despite being seemingly killed by DDT, the spider revives when a garage band plays loud rock music, unleashing chaos on the town.
