In a small Texas town on the Mexican border, a crime lord named Abuelo seeks to acquire a family ranch, but the owners, Carmela and Matteo, refuse to sell. When Matteo is brutally murdered, Carmela is given an ultimatum: hand over the ranch by the end of the day or face dire consequences. Meanwhile, an wrongly accused prisoner, Santana Bravo, is released from prison and seeks revenge against those responsible for his imprisonment. After being resurrected by a witch, Bravo sets out to bring back his old friends from the dead to take down Abuelo and his men, and protect Carmela's ranch from falling into the wrong hands.
