A pair of officers rush to the aid of ALF, who discovers that the government's alien project, featuring his own existence, is being dismantled.

Six years after his initial capture, ALF is now under the protection of the Alien Task Force, but the leader seeks to eliminate him. Two officers intervene, smuggling ALF to a new location where he will be revealed to the world, putting him in even greater peril.
