In this movie, the popular high school team captain, Drew, starts to develop feelings for a shy and book-smart student, Mandy, rather than his usual type of girlfriend. When Mandy receives an invitation to a prestigious party at Drew's family estate, she sees it as an opportunity to boost her social status. However, her overprotective father forbids her from going, and she must find a way to attend the party with the help of her friends.
