Miami Blues

Frederick J. Frenger Jr., a charming con artist, arrives in Miami, where he steals a young boy's luggage and gets into a series of misadventures. He checks into a hotel, hires an escort girl named Pepper, and develops a crush on her. However, things take a dark turn when Junior's past as an ex-con and thief catches up with him, leading to a cat-and-mouse game with a determined detective, Sgt. Hoke Moseley.
