Two teenage boys, James and Mark, are victims of a brutal bully, Gary Parker, who has tormented them for years. As they enter their last year of high school, they decide to take matters into their own hands and plot to kill Gary. However, their plan takes an unexpected turn when they stumble upon a grave in the woods and discover a Canadian backpacker's body. They then track down the killer, a seemingly ordinary suburban man with a wife and child. As they continue to interact with the killer, they become embroiled in a dark and violent world, leading them to cross a line of no return.
