Anthony Phelan grew up in Northern Queensland, Australia, where he spent his formative years surrounded by the lush landscapes and vibrant culture of the region. As he navigated his early life, Phelan's passion for the performing arts began to take shape, ultimately leading him down a path that would see him excel in a wide range of mediums, including film, television, and theatre.

Throughout his career, Phelan has made a significant impact on the screen, with a diverse range of projects to his name. He has appeared in the popular series "Wanted Series 1 & 2" and "Seven Types of Ambiguity" for ABC Australia, as well as the critically acclaimed series "Top of the Lake" directed by Jane Campion. Additionally, Phelan has had roles in the feature films "Unbroken" directed by Angelina Jolie, "The Kettering Incident" released on Amazon Prime in the USA and SkyAtlantic UK, and "Deep Water".
