A CIA-discovered puppy with telepathic abilities is rescued from government control and adopted by two brothers just before Christmas. The boys fall in love with the dog, named Murphy, who can communicate telepathically. However, the FBI is sent to capture Murphy, and the brothers must use their wits and bond with Murphy to save him from being taken away.
