A serial killer is targeting martial arts masters, leaving a trail of brutal murders in their wake. Detective Linda Masterson is tasked with solving her first murder case and is paired with Sgt. Tarek Richards, a fellow martial arts specialist. Together, they must track down a tiger style master to help them understand the killer's motives and methods, as the only clue is the use of tiger style kung fu in the attacks.
