A young black French professor, Orlando Leal, travels to the mountains to fulfill his dying father's final wish. After cursing his father at the lake, Orlando's life spirals out of control. He's robbed, drugged, and struggles to recover his stolen belongings. As he fights to reclaim his life, he must also return a stolen motorcycle and reunite with his new love, Karen, who's arriving from Washington D.C. tonight.
