Prabhas plays Jai Bharath Varma, a guitar-practicing hero who saves a girl named Manasa from goons, and they become friends. However, Manasa asks Jai to leave her, fearing the consequences of their relationship. Jai returns to India, changes Manasa's brother's mind, and later joins him on a vacation to his village, where he transforms the conservative community into a more loving and open-minded one.
