Prabhas, a renowned Indian actor, has made a significant impact in the Telugu film industry. As one of the highest-paid and highest-grossing actors in Indian cinema, he has earned the title of "First Pan-Indian Superstar".
Born into a Telugu family, Prabhas is the youngest of three children and the nephew of Telugu actor Uppalapati Krishnam Raju. His family hails from Mogalthur, Andhra Pradesh. He completed his schooling at Don Bosco Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Chennai, and DNR High School, Bhimavaram. Prabhas then pursued his intermediate education from Nalanda College, Hyderabad, and later earned a Bachelor of Technology degree from Sri Chaitanya College, Hyderabad.
Prabhas began his acting career with the drama Eeswar and gained recognition with the action romance Varsham. He went on to star in several commercially successful films, including Chatrapathi, Bujjigadu, Billa, Darling, Mr. Perfect, and Mirchi, for which he won the Nandi Award for Best Actor.
Prabhas's breakthrough role came with the epic action film Baahubali: The Beginning, which received widespread acclaim and became a record-breaking box office success.
