In 1922, Vietnam is under French rule, and a plot unfolds to capture the notorious rebel, De Canh. However, Officer Cuong is misinformed and unwittingly becomes entangled in the scheme, joining forces with De Canh's daughter, Vo Thanh Thuy, a rebel herself.
