A veteran courier takes on a perilous mission to deliver a precious gold cargo, but his trusted ally and old friend secretly plots to betray him.

Aging ex-marshal Steve Judd is tasked with transporting a gold shipment through treacherous terrain, joined by his old partner Gil Westrum and young protégé Heck. Unbeknownst to Steve, Gil and Heck plan to pilfer the gold, with or without his cooperation.
