In the Irish village of Puckoon, a disputed border between Northern Ireland and Ireland sparks chaos. A hasty decision divides the village, with barbed wire fences and Army checkpoints springing up overnight. Residents struggle to access basic necessities, while the local pub benefits from being in Northern Ireland, where beer is cheaper. The crisis worsens as the dead must now obtain passports to be buried, leading to a plan to smuggle explosives disguised as coffins with comical consequences.
