A Westerner studies Ninjitsu in Japan, earning the favor of their Master. However, another student, Masazuka, believes he is the chosen one to inherit a legendary Ninja armor with its powerful weapons. When the Master instead selects the Westerner, Masazuka's anger turns to violence. He becomes an assassin, seeking revenge and the armor. The Master entrusts the armor to Casey and his daughter Namiko, instructing them to take it to America to keep it out of Masazuka's hands. But Masazuka follows, and Casey finds himself wrongly accused of crimes committed by the true culprit.
