In Eastern Siberia, a notorious thief steals a Russian nuclear warhead. A retired operative, believed to be dead, is recruited to retrieve it. The operative, fueled by a personal vendetta, joins forces with two others to stop the thief from using the warhead to destroy Washington D.C.
